We are one of the few partners that are 100% dedicated to the sales, implementation and support of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. What Do We Do?
Microsoft Dynamics CRM software is a fully-integrated customer relationship management system that provides the tools and capabilities to easily create and maintain a clear view of customers from first contact through purchase and post-sales. It also provides a rapidly extensible and flexible framework for managing any business relationship or process known as xRM. MrCRM has developed a range of ‘plug-ins’ that quickly and cost-effectively extend the capability of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, reducing development effort, time and overall project cost.
MrCRM has successfully implemented more than 100 Microsoft Dynamics CRM and xRM solutions for a diverse range of customers across Australia, including Aviation Australia, Freighter Maxi-Cube (Qld), Intrapower and Tsubaki. Typically, our customers are mid-sized companies, government departments and not-for-profit organizations that need to cost-effectively customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet their specific business needs. We also help other Microsoft partners undertake more complex CRM and xRM implementations for their customers and rescue implementations that have gone astray.
